What data do we process?
- Data provided through the contact form: name, surname, company where applicable, email address and message.
- Data provided through the Whistleblowing Channel: the data that the user voluntarily decides to provide; communications may be made anonymously.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on the site and traffic sources, collected through the analytics tools described in the Cookie Policy.
- CVs: name, surname, professional experience, education and other data contained in CVs voluntarily submitted.
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
- Manage and respond to enquiries or requests for information received through the contact form.
- Manage communications received through the Whistleblowing Channel in compliance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February.
- Manage the receipt of CVs for future recruitment processes.
- Perform statistical analyses of website use through analytics tools in order to improve the user experience and content offered.
How long will we keep your personal data?
- Contact form data: until the enquiry has been answered and subsequently for a maximum of 1 year, unless the user requests erasure earlier.
- Whistleblowing Channel data: for the time necessary to manage the communication received and, where applicable, for the periods required by Spanish Law 2/2023.
- CVs: for a maximum of 1 year from receipt, unless the candidate expressly consents to a longer retention period.
- Analytics data: according to the periods established in the Cookie Policy.
In any event, Terrapreta will retain data for the legally required periods where a legal retention obligation exists.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
- The data subject's consent when voluntarily completing the forms enabled on the website.
- Compliance with legal obligations applicable to Terrapreta, in particular Spanish Law 2/2023 regulating the Whistleblowing Channel.
- Terrapreta's legitimate interest in improving the website through statistical analysis.
To whom will your data be disclosed?
Terrapreta will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except to providers acting as processors whose services are necessary for the operation of the website. These providers are, in particular:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and security services.
- Resend, Inc. — sending emails generated by the website forms.
- Google LLC — Google Maps services on the contact page and Google Analytics with the user's consent.
- Dealfront / Leadfeeder — identification of companies visiting the website from their IP addresses, with the user's consent.

Some of the providers mentioned are located in the United States of America.
