WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

In compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption, TerraPreta has enabled a confidential and secure Whistleblowing Channel for reporting potential legal breaches, conduct contrary to internal company rules or ethically unacceptable actions.

This channel is intended for all persons professionally linked to TerraPreta, including employees, trainees, interns or volunteers, candidates in selection processes, former employees, suppliers, subcontractors and their workers, partners, members of the board of directors, and third parties maintaining a direct professional relationship with the organisation.

Reports may be submitted anonymously or with identification, at the whistleblower's choice, and will be handled exclusively by authorised personnel with full guarantees of confidentiality, absence of retaliation and respect for the right of defence.
